Based on beans and buckwheat and flavoured wit all natural herbs and spices, Kemü’s burger patties can be BBQ’d on a flat plate, shallow fried in a pan with a little oil or heated in an oven.
Defrost in a fridge before use.
Oven – warm for approx 10 minutes in a 180/350 degree oven or until lightly browned.
Pan Fry – pre-heat a non-stick pan to a medium heat with a little oil and brown on one side for about 3 minutes. Flip patty over and lightly brown the other side for about another minute.
BBQ – using the flat plate of the BBQ, lightly brown one side for about 3 minutes on a medium heat. Flip and brown the other side for about another minute.
Kemü patties are great between gluten free buns or Turkish bread with roasted egg plant, zucchini, tomato or pineapple slices. For an extra treat, add one of Kemü’s dipping sauces.
